WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

T-Shirts and apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks
of your order date for US residents. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
For other specialty and giveaway items, shipping may be longer
delivery time as they may be shipping from our warehouses in other
countries.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be 
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?

We are offering tracking number upon customer's request. Once you receive an email from us you can head over to our "Order Look Up" located in the home page bar. 

If you have problems to locate your order, please email our support team at customerservice@favoriteestore.com and we will do our best to help you out.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

- The orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment.  
- You will be notified by email when your items have been shipped. 

- Shipping can take 2-6 weeks depending on the country. Some countries shipping can take up to 60 days.

RETURNS

We don't offer any returns on FREE items. If you wish to exchange or refund please send us an email and we'll guide you.

*Customer will have to cover their own shipping costs. 

**For damaged goods, please contact customerservice@favoriteestore.com with a picture of the damage to get a replacement.
